This is a style I really enjoy creating. The textured background with the spotlight highlighting both the stage and the backdrop, really draws your eye "into" the scene. The character in partial shadow plays with the mind a bit and leaves you wondering what does she really look like?
The white tones in the original of this piece will pop when hung in partial shade and the light source glancing across it, making for quite a dramatic piece.
